By accessing or using Covyrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. Age Requirement

Covyrix is exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Consent and Conduct

Covyrix is built on principles of consent and mutual respect. All users must:

• Obtain explicit consent before engaging in any interaction
• Respect the boundaries and preferences of other users
• Honor any withdrawal of consent immediately
• Communicate clearly and honestly
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or non-consensual behavior

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Sharing content involving minors
• Engaging in or promoting illegal activities
• Harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior
• Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
• Sharing others' private information without consent
• Attempting to circumvent platform safety measures
• Using the platform for commercial spam or fraud
• Soliciting, encouraging, or coercing other users to communicate outside of the platform, including sharing phone numbers, external messaging handles, social media accounts, or any other off-platform contact information
• Any attempt to redirect platform interactions to external services, applications, or communication channels
• Sharing or requesting financial account details, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, or other payment information outside of Covyrix's official payment system

6. Content Guidelines

Users retain ownership of content they create but grant Covyrix a license to display and distribute that content within the platform. All content must comply with our community guidelines and applicable laws. Learn more about our content protection features.

7. Payment System

Covyrix uses secure payment processing powered by Stripe for all monetary transactions, including subscriptions, tips, content unlocks, and membership fees. All payments are processed in USD. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our refund policy. You must provide valid payment information and agree to Stripe's terms of service when making purchases.

Our Engagement Points program rewards users for platform activity such as profile completion, posting content, and positive interactions. Engagement Points are earned through participation and can be redeemed for discounts or premium features. Engagement Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and are non-transferable.

8. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of these Terms of Service may result in graduated consequences, including but not limited to:

• First offence: A temporary suspension of your account for a stated duration (e.g. 7, 14, or 30 days). You will be informed of the specific reason and the duration of the suspension.
• Repeat offences: An extended suspension period or permanent removal from the platform, at our sole discretion.
• Severe violations: Immediate permanent suspension without prior warning, including but not limited to sharing content involving minors, threats of violence, or systematic harassment.

During a suspension, you will not be able to access any features of Covyrix. You will be shown the reason for your suspension and, where applicable, the remaining duration. Active subscriptions may continue to bill during suspension periods.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time through the platform settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Covyrix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided content or the outcome of any interactions on the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Covyrix after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
